Welcome to Baijed.com. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and operational guidelines for the digital marketing, Google Ads management, local SEO, and strategy services provided by Baijed (“Service Provider,” “I,” “me,” or “my”).

By engaging in my services, issuing a payment, or starting a campaign project, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Scope of Service & Independent Specialist Model

  • Direct Specialist Partnership: I operate strictly as an independent growth specialist and service provider, not an agency. To maintain the highest quality of service and dedicated execution, I intentionally cap my active client capacity. All work, strategy, and optimization are managed directly by me.

  • Service Deliverables: Services include Google PPC Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA) Management, Google Business Profile Optimization, Local SEO, Landing Page Optimization, and Business Growth Strategy as detailed in our service agreement or invoice.

2. Account Access & Profile Authorization

  • Access Rights: You agree to grant me manager or administrative access to all necessary accounts, tools, and digital profiles required to perform optimization services (including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website CMS, and call tracking systems).

  • 100% Account Ownership: You retain complete, 100% ownership of all your digital profiles, ad accounts, domain names, and trade data. I do not retain or lock ownership of your property.

3. Fees, Payment Terms & Ad Spend Responsibility

  • Management Service Fees: You pay for my direct strategy, management, and ongoing optimization services.

  • First Month Payment Schedule: Upon onboarding and starting work, your initial monthly service fee must be settled within the first 7 days of service kickoff.

  • Ongoing Monthly Recurring Payments: For all subsequent months, monthly service fees are due in advance during the first week (Days 1–7) of each billing month.

  • Direct Ad Spend & Third-Party Purchases: My service fee covers my management expertise only. All external expenses—including ad budgets paid directly to ad platforms (Google Ads, LSA), third-party software, plugin licenses, domains, or web hosting—are strictly your financial responsibility. You must maintain an active payment card on file directly within your ad accounts.

4. Cancellation & 30-Day Notice Policy

  • 30-Day Advance Written Notice: Because I intentionally limit my active client capacity to provide dedicated, hands-on attention, a minimum 30-day advance written notice is required if you wish to pause or cancel services.

  • Transition Period: During the 30-day notice period, I will continue managing and optimizing your campaigns as normal through the final paid billing cycle, ensuring a smooth handoff and zero disruption to your active lead flow.

5. Client Responsibilities & Guarantees

  • Information & Approvals: You agree to provide necessary business assets, verification licenses, and prompt approvals needed to launch or scale campaigns without unnecessary delays.

  • Market Dynamics & Performance: While I use data-driven frameworks to maximize lead quality and lower your cost per lead, overall sales revenue depends on local market demand, competition, landing page conversions, and your team’s sales closing process. No specific revenue or sales figures are guaranteed.
